Hello!

My name is Alexis Cornejo, I'm an editor, writer and producer with over 10 years of experience in creating high-quality short form content across all media platforms. I collaborate well with creative directors, other writers, producers, and clients to ensure the best end product is created. I am a big believer in teamwork and community, however I am not afraid to work independently and with my own initiative. I am well-organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

 

Ever since I was a kid I've had a video camera in my hand (I'm talking VHS video cameras) making commercials, music videos and movies with my friends. I feel incredibly fortunate to have gone from those days of in-camera editing with an audience of one (my mom) to professional editing of TV and movie promos with a wide audience from all over. I can honestly say I love my job and so far it's been a dream come true to work in this industry with so many wonderfully talented people!

When I'm not working you can find me on a weekend adventure with my wife and my pocket-pittie, Lucy. I love to hike, scuba dive, and go camping; enjoying nature in all its forms is my other biggest passion in life. I also enjoy yoga, baking, photography and game nights with my friends and family.
